Support Douglas County Republicans with Minnesota’s Political Contribution Refund Program
Minnesota offers a unique opportunity for residents to support their preferred political parties and state candidates without spending a dime out of pocket—thanks to the Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program. This state-run initiative allows eligible voters to contribute to recognized political party units or qualified candidates and receive a full refund from the Minnesota Department of Revenue. For contributions made in 2025, individuals can donate up to $75, and married couples can donate up to $150, with the entire amount refunded upon application.
Here’s how it works:
- Make your check out to: Douglas County Republicans and mail it to P.O. Box 31 Alexandria, MN 56308. Please include your phone number on the check.
- We will send you an official receipt (Form EP-3).
- You submit the receipt along with a simple refund application to the Department of Revenue. The directions and mailing address are on the form. The process takes just a few minutes.
- You’ll receive your refund check in about 4-6 weeks.
